CLW Premier Pitcher is Bend's Dillon Sunday, June 1st , 2059 Chad Dillon had an excellent May and has been rewarded with the West Pitcher of the Month Award. The Bend relief ace was one tough customer on the mound, constantly coming in and getting his club out of trouble or protecting a one-run or two-run lead. During the month, the Beavers star had 10 saves in 11 save opportunities, a 1.54 ERA and 2 wins and no losses. In 11.2 innings Dillon struck out 11 and gave up 7 hits and 5 walks. This season Dillon has nailed down 17 saves. In 19.2 innings he has fanned 17 batters and walked 9. His record is 2-0 with a 1.83 ERA and the opposition is batting .182 against him. |
