Ben Reed Captures CLW Most Valuable Hitter
Sunday, October 26th , 2059
The manager of the Tucson Baby Snakes said he thinks Ben Reed is only going to get better as he gets older.

He may only be 23, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2059 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the West Most Valuable Hitter.

His winning campaign featured a .297 batting average and a .408 on-base percentage this year. In 136 games he piled up 155 hits, 35 doubles, no triples, 36 home runs, 95 RBIs and 102 runs scored.

He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 20. Tyler Moore of the Corpus Christi Hooks finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Yozo Tajima of the Caseyville Fighter Pilots finished third.
