Brunette Shuts Out Lumberjacks Thursday, May 18th , 2062 The Bend Beavers rolled to an easy 7-0 win over the Grand Junction Lumberjacks at Beavers Field today. Leading the way to victory was starter Taylor Brunette, who shackled the Grand Junction Lumberjacks and held them scoreless on a 3-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Brunette said in his postgame press conference. This season Brunette has a 3-1 mark in 8 starts with a 1.94 ERA.
