League KO's Beavers-Lumberjacks Players with 4-Game Suspensions Sunday, August 13th , 2045 Tony RodrÃguez of the Buffalo Beavers and Robbie Stone of the Grand Junction Lumberjacks received official notice today from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended 4 games for their roles in the on-field disturbance in a recent game at Buffalo Stadium. Presently RodrÃguez is batting .314 with 22 hits and 2 home runs. He has knocked in 13 runs and scored 9 times. In the 2045 campaign Stone has 27 saves. In 43 relief appearances he has tossed 43.1 innings, struck out 48 and yielded 22 walks with a 2-2 record. The Grand Junction reliever has recorded a 2.08 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .190 when he is in the game. |
