Watkins on Fire, 6-for-6 Against Tucson Tuesday, August 8th , 2051 All game long, Cadiz's Pat Watkins was rattling the walls at Cadiz Grounds and banging out base hits against the Tucson Baby Snakes. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 6-hit day and the Bat Hogs had a 17-6 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 21-year-old left fielder said, "Get 6 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Pat Watkins hit a two-run home run off Taro Yamamoto in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Edgar Flores in the 8th.
