O'Neill Tosses Shutout Thursday, September 7th , 2051 All went well for Horace O'Neill of the Caseyville Fighter Pilots as he pitched his team to a 11-0 shutout victory over the Coeur D'Alene Miners, limiting them to 5 hits. In the postgame interview, both managers had glowing things to say about O'Neill on the day. "Horace's got a good selection of pitches he can throw at a guy," said Fighter Pilots manager . "He changes speed, gives different looks to different hitters. When he's on his game, he's quite a handful." In the contest, the Caseyville right-hander rang up 8 and surrendered no walks. "He didn't give us any second chances," said Miners manager . "It's a guessing game with him and today we were always guessing wrong."
