Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Mitchell Monday, October 23rd , 2051 Billy Mitchell said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 22 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Havre de Grace Ducks rising star has won the East Reliever of the Year Award for 2051. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.42 ERA over 50.2 innings. He also had 38 saves in 50 relief appearances, 54 strikeouts and only 7 walks. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20. Juan Matos of the Hartford Yard Goats finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while José Vázquez of the Havre de Grace Ducks finished third.
