Meunier Named CLE Batter of the Month Monday, July 1st , 2052 At only 24 years of age, Benoît Meunier could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Erie Brigs, as June was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the East Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .354 with 11 home runs, 25 RBIs and 20 runs scored. This season Meunier has banged out 71 hits in 209 at-bats for a .340 average with 24 home runs. He is getting on base at a .397 pace and his totals also include 60 RBIs and 44 runs scored. |
