Orlando Sweeps into the League Championship Series Friday, September 20th , 2058 Many baseball pundits expected a close series in the West Wildcard Series. It turned out quite a bit different. The Orlando Oceanics swept aside the Tallahassee Raccoons to advance to the League Championship Series, winning the final game by a 5-3 score at Tallahassee Field. The series MVP was first baseman Miguel Feliz, who hit .500 with a .533 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 4 runs. "We expected this series to go right down to the wire, so to sweep is a bit of a surprise," he said. "But we'll take it." The Orlando Oceanics will play against the Miami Aces in the next round.
