Ota Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits Monday, September 4th , 2045 It was a big day for Shohei Ota and he brought the Pensacola Hillbillies along for the ride. Ota led his club to a 10-9 victory over the Punta Gorda Bulldogs today at Pensacola Stadium, smoking Punta Gorda pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 20-year-old center fielder later called the victory "sweet." Shohei Ota singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 8th, singled in the 10th and walked in the 12th.
