2064 NC Outstanding Pitcher Award Named Tuesday, June 3rd , 2064 Jody Martello finished off a fine season by taking home the National Conference Outstanding Pitcher Award today. The Madison College hurler went 6-2 on the year, posting a 1.90 ERA. Martello also tallied 62 strikeouts in 66.1 innings and allowed opposing batters to hit only .238 against him. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 20. Randy Kennett of the Gatineau College Golden Spikes finished second in voting with 7 first place votes, while Joe Parker of the Santa Ana College Steelhawks finished third.
