Glendale College-Anchorage College Brawl, Ranck and Andrade Suspended Friday, March 27th , 2065 If there wasn't a history between Anthony Ranck of Glendale College and Nestor Andrade of Anchorage College, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Ranck said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Ranck has a .333 average and a .471 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 13 hits, 2 home runs and driven in 10 runs. For the season Andrade has logged 2 wins and 2 losses and struck out 23 batters in 28.1 innings while compiling a 9.85 ERA. |
