Mason Sizzles -- Smokes Browns for 5 Hits Sunday, April 12th , 2065 Brian Mason found his groove in today's game versus the Glendale College Browns and wrote his name in the league record book. His 5-for-6 performance at the plate unfortunately wasn't enough for the Long Beach College Seahawks, as the club lost the game, 8-7. The 18-year-old second baseman told the press "it was one of those days where everything clicked." "I made solid contact, and the ball dropped in," Mason said. Brian Mason singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and doubled in the 11th.
