2065 NC Outstanding Pitcher Award Chosen Wednesday, June 3rd , 2065 Mike Rose of the Gatineau College Golden Spikes impressed voters as one of the elite pitchers in the National Conference this year. He capped off a sensational 2-2 season by taking home the coveted Outstanding Pitcher Award today. Making 12 starts, he tossed 57.1 innings, struck out 73, walked 19 and registered a 1.88 ERA. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 20. Joe Parker of the Santa Ana College Steelhawks finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while George Henley of the Stockton College Shock finished third.
