Robinson's Great Year Nets Outstanding Pitcher Award Wednesday, July 5th , 2045 This past season was very special for Rob Robinson of the Austin HS Anteaters. He picked up 5 wins against only 1 loss and was chosen the winner of the 2045 Pioneer League Outstanding Pitcher Award. The 16-year-old Anteaters ace fashioned a fine 2.05 ERA in 12 starts. He threw 61.1 innings, gave up 44 hits, 17 walks and held opponents to a .197 average. Robinson fanned 73 batters this season. He received 31 first place votes out of a possible 40. Tim Gregg of the Riverside HS Golden Hawks finished second in voting with 9 first place votes, while Jeff Reddy of the Sacramento HS Rivercats finished third.
