PL Awards Outstanding Hitter Award, Graham Gets Prize

Shawn Graham of the Austin HS Anteaters had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2046.

The 14-year-old right fielder put up a .417 average and a .522 on-base percentage, piling up 85 hits, 17 doubles, 1 triple, 15 home runs, 56 RBIs and 59 runs scored.

He received 30 first place votes out of a possible 40. Bob Lyon of the San Francisco HS Sea Lions finished second in voting, while Rob Quibell of the Queens HS Bruins finished third with 1 first place vote.
