Badger and Johnson Suspended for Free-for-All Tuesday, April 16th , 2047 If there wasn't a history between Tony Badger of Sierra Vista Southeast HS and Alex Johnson of St. Louis HS, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 2 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Badger said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Badger is currently hitting at a .133 pace with no home runs, 0 RBIs and has scored 2 times. Johnson's record so far this season is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 9.90 ERA. He has given up 13 hits in 10 innings with 9 strikeouts. |
