No Late-Season Magic Coming: Tucson HS Out of Playoffs Saturday, May 25th , 2047 Coming close doesn't make missing the playoffs easier for the Tucson HS Pioneers. Club manager said it's a "tough pill to swallow" as the club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. The Pioneers have missed the playoffs 22 times in their 30 years as a AFBL High School franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2044. In the last 10 seasons, the Pioneers have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
