Guerrero Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Friday, April 24th , 2048 Silvino Guerrero's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 1-for-4 in a 6-1 New Orleans HS Locomotives triumph over the Modesto HS Navigators at Locomotives Stadium. The 14-year-old center fielder has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Locomotives. Silvino Guerrero grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th and doubled in the 7th. For the year Guerrero has hit at a .435 clip with 14 RBIs, 1 home run and 14 runs scored. |
