Rivercats Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, May 6th , 2049 The Sacramento HS Rivercats will have a "long time to dwell" on this season's failure to get into the postseason, according to second baseman Joel Hyde. Still in the chase in the season's final days, the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention earlier today. This is the club's 21st playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2028. In total, the Rivercats have missed the playoffs 20 times in their 20-year history. |
