Austin HS Won't Make Playoffs Friday, May 6th , 2050 It's a "gut-wrenching feeling," Austin HS Anteaters closer Ed Baden said, for the team to have gotten so close to a playoff berth, only to be eliminated in the waning days of the season. The club was officially eliminated from the postseason chase today. Austin HS last appeared in the postseason in 2048. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 21 times in their 25-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Anteaters have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
