Christovão Eilsz Strokes 3 Home Runs Monday, April 10th , 2051 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Warlords Ballpark buzzing, Mesa HS Warlords left fielder Christovão Eilsz blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 13-10 win over the Garrettsville HS River Cats. "Everything was clicking," Eilsz told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Eilsz shined brilliantly in the win, with 4 hits in 4 at-bats, 3 RBIs and 5 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Warlords manager said. "Christovão played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Christovão Eilsz hit a solo-shot off Andrew Al-Assel in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Brandon Carvalho in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Darrel Scott in the 6th and walked in the 8th. Eilsz is currently hitting at a .359 pace with 8 home runs, 16 RBIs and has scored 16 times. |
