Loving HS's Matthews Sidelined for Season Saturday, April 29th , 2051 Chris Matthews will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Loving HS starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Matthews was injured while throwing a pitch in the Gray Sox-Hornets clash at Gray Sox Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 5 months. This year Matthews has gone 0-4 with an ERA of 6.43 and has 21 strikeouts in 21 innings. |
