Ybarra Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Monday, April 15th , 2052 Victor Ybarra's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Nashville HS. The 15-year-old center fielder extended it once again today, this time bringing it to 20 games with a 1-for-3 performance against the Loving HS Gray Sox. The Predators took the game, 7-3. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Victor Ybarra grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th and hit a sac fly in the 7th. Ybarra is currently hitting at a .382 pace with 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and has scored 11 times. |
