Nevada Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 20th , 2059 Fans of the Nevada Piranhas who thought the club was playoff-bound may have been a little too optimistic this year. The team was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Piranhas have missed the playoffs 8 times in their 11 years as a United Baseball League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2056. |
