Ken Díaz Named UBLW's Best Player Sunday, October 5th , 2059 What a way to finish off the year -- being honored with the 2059 Most Valuable Player Award in the West. It had already been a very special season for Louisiana's Ken Díaz, but today's announcement really put the icing on his cake. All season long Ken Díaz gave opposing pitchers fits by hitting .307 as he collected 138 hits, 31 doubles, no triples, 12 home runs and 58 RBIs. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 12.
