River Cats Dominate, Sweep High School Wildcard Series
The Saskatoon HS Moose were simply overmatched by the Garrettsville HS River Cats in the High School Wildcard Series.

The end result was a sweep, as Garrettsville HS has cruised to the High School LCS, with the final win coming at Moose Park by a score of 10-5.

"We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Lan-quing Ming, who was named MVP of the High School Wildcard Series. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this."

For the series, Ming hit .583 with a .667 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Garrettsville HS River Cats will play against the Kirbyville HS Drillers in the next round. Kirbyville HS won their series against the Reno HS Wranglers 3 games to 0. The High School LCS schedule will be announced after the High School Wildcard Series finishes.
