Best ELE Reliever Named Thursday, October 26th , 2056 Ken Holgate was dominant and cool under pressure this year, and his standout performance has earned the Annapolis Destroyers reliever recognition as the 2056 East Reliever of the Year Award. "I was just doing my job, and my job is to get people out," said the 27-year-old out of Rimouski, Canada. The award winner made 32 relief appearances this year and had 2 saves. He fanned 109 batters in 112 innings, with 32 walks. He pitched to a record of 6 wins and 5 losses to go with his 2.09 ERA. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Nelson Padilla of the Birmingham Vulcans finished second in voting, while Alec Goffe of the Cleveland Attack finished third.
