Hayden 5-for-6 for Avalanche Sunday, June 1st , 2059 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Colorado Springs's Chuck Hayden made it happen today against the Cobras. Everything came together at the plate for the 25-year-old right fielder as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and led the Avalanche to a 11-5 win at Cobras Park. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Hayden said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Chuck Hayden flied out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
