Grizzlies on to Explorer Cup Tuesday, September 30th , 2059 After their 4-0 win today at Grizzles Park over the Brooklyn Dodgers, the Fresno Grizzlies will advance to the Explorer Cup. Fresno won the series by a 4-1 margin. Leading the way for the Grizzlies was shortstop Alberto Cardenas, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Fresno Grizzlies don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Oklahoma City Whirlwind - San Antonio Turtles series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
