Battle Cats 3B Cornford Gets the Cycle Saturday, July 15th , 2045 Rob Cornford ripped 1 single, 2 doubles, 1 triple and 1 home run for Olympia at Battle Cats Park today, but the cycle was all for naught as the Battle Cats lost to the Las Vegas Dons, 12-6. "I can't get too excited about it," Cornford said. "I'd trade all those hits for a win in a heartbeat." In the remarkable day at the plate, Cornford went 5-for-5 with 2 RBI and 1 run scored. Rob Cornford doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Curt Keller in the 4th, hit an RBI triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
