Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Monday, July 27th , 2048 Connor Rising of the Wilmington Eagles and Raúl Pérez of the Idaho Falls Rapids received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 3 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Eagles Ballpark. For the season Rising has produced 108 hits in 365 at-bats for a .296 average with 3 home runs and gotten on base at a .359 clip. Pérez's record up to now is 0-and-1 with 1 save and a 7.04 ERA. He has given up 45 hits in 30.2 innings with 32 strikeouts. |
