Fisher Stretches Hit String to 25 Tuesday, July 27th , 2049 The hot bat of Destroyers second baseman Dylan Fisher continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 25 games after he went 1-for-5 in today's 8-6 loss to the Indians at Indianapolis Field. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Dylan Fisher grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. Looking at his present stats, Fisher has compiled a .306 batting average in 58 games with a .348 on-base percentage, while hitting 11 home runs and driving in 45 runs. |
