Super Swinger -- Krenckel Slams 5 Hits Saturday, August 10th , 2052 Thanks to Erhard Krenckel and his big bat, the Explorers derailed the Pittsburgh Crawfords 15-4 today at Crawfords Field. The Raleigh third baseman had a standout game with 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Erhard Krenckel hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
