Eugene Loses Dan Jackson for Season
Wednesday, May 14th , 2053
When Eugene reliever Dan Jackson was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Ducks-Spartans game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Jackson had sustained a stretched elbow ligament and will be out for about 10-11 months.
To this point in the season he has had 2 saves. Jackson has made 9 relief appearances, tossed 19.1 innings and struck out 19 with a record of 3 wins and 1 loss.
