Dye Tags Privateers for 5 Hits Thursday, August 13th , 2065 5 times is the charm -- at least for John Dye. The Havre de Grace Ducks right fielder tore up the OBX Privateers to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Privateers Park today. The offensive onslaught from Dye powered the Ducks to a 14-7 win. "Dye was a tough out today," OBX manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." John Dye singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Mel Lizarraga in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and doubled in the 9th.
