Standout Season For Robert, Wins CLE Most Valuable Hitter

Jeff Robert of the OBX Privateers had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Hitter for 2063.
The 20-year-old first baseman put up a .368 average and a .446 on-base percentage, piling up 173 hits, 39 doubles, 2 triples, 48 home runs, 141 RBIs and 103 runs scored.
He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Mike Boyle of the Erie Brigs finished second in voting, while Chris Eley of the Havre de Grace Ducks finished third.

Sabatier Heads CLW Best Player List

He may have less experience than most of his Confederation League peers, but that didn't slow Jim Sabatier down at all in 2063.
At the age of 20, the Caseyville right fielder has been named the winner of the West Most Valuable Hitter.
He had a .389 batting average and a .499 on-base percentage this year. In 87 games he piled up 121 hits, 24 doubles, 4 triples, 32 home runs, 79 RBIs and 93 runs scored.
"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."
