Bad Apples Win League Championship Series Monday, September 28th , 2065 Chad Johnson said his Carlsbad Bad Apples simply weren't ready for the season to come to an end. "We told ourselves we were winning this series no matter what," he said, shortly after being named the League Championship Series MVP, following a 5-3 win at Rattlesnakes Field that officially eliminated the Austin Rattlesnakes, 4-1. Johnson said his team is "confident and ready" for the Confederation Cup. The Carlsbad Bad Apples don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the San Luis Obispo Saints - Mobile Hammers series. San Luis Obispo leads the series 3 games to 2.
