Lumberjacks-Miners Fight Nets 4-Game Suspensions Tuesday, August 29th , 2045 Grand Junction and Coeur D'Alene have been advised by the league commissioner that the Lumberjacks Gaston Aglietti and the Miners Ben Smith have been suspended 4 games each for instigating the brawl at yesterday's game at Lumberjacks Ballpark. Presently Aglietti is batting .269 with 126 hits and 9 home runs. He has knocked in 71 runs and scored 72 times. To date, Smith has no saves. In 26 relief appearances he has tossed 26.2 innings, fanned 29 and given up 30 walks with no wins and 2 losses. The Coeur D'Alene reliever has recorded a 7.42 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .300 when he on the mound. |
