Swans Heading to College Cup Sunday, May 5th , 2069 It's a sweet sweep for the Rochester College Swans and they have won the College League Championship Series. The Corpus Christi College Weasels were not able to keep pace with the Swans and dropped the series in short order, losing, 6-4, in the deciding game. "This wasn't really the effort we hoped for," said Corpus Christi College manager . It's now on to the College Cup for Rochester College after their 4-0 series win. Leading the way for the winners was first baseman Ray Collins, who was named MVP. For the series, Collins hit .375 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 4 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Rochester College Swans don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Ft. Wayne College Steamrollers - Santa Ana College Steelhawks series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
