Bisons End Reid's Streak Saturday, March 31st , 2063 Heath Reid's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 20 games today as the Loving HS Gray Sox dropped their contest with the Buffalo HS Bisons 5-4 at Bisons Ballpark. Reid failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-3. After the game Reid spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. In his stats this season, Reid has posted a batting average of .389 with 14 hits in 36 at-bats, no home runs and 3 RBIs. He has also scored 7 runs, walked 5 times and compiled a .452 OBP. |
