Nowak Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Monday, March 31st , 2064 Terry Nowak, second baseman for the Kansas City HS Buzzers, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 3 hits in his club's 7-2 victory today over the Long Beach HS Terriers at Thunder Bats Ballpark today. "Not the outcome we wanted," Long Beach HS manager said. "There's never a good time to lose, and it's never fun to be on the wrong end of somebody else's accomplishment." Terry Nowak doubled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. In 10 games this season Nowak has batted at a .439 pace with 18 hits and 1 home run. |
