Anteaters End Mraz's Streak Monday, April 21st , 2064 Ryan Mraz of the Manhattan HS Monarchs came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats for the first time in 21 games. Making matters even worse for the second baseman, Manhattan HS dropped the game to the Austin HS Anteaters 2-0. "It was not a good day today," Mraz told the press in postgame comments. "We lost the game and the streak is over." So far this year in 27 games Mraz is hitting .333 with 6 home runs, 22 RBIs and 17 runs scored. |
