Cobras Dominate, Sweep High School Wildcard Series Friday, May 2nd , 2064 The Akron HS Cobras made it look easy and are heading to the High School LCS. They have ousted the Tucson HS Pioneers in a sweep, the final win coming by a 14-5 score, clinching the 3-0 series win. "Everything's clicking for us right now," said Tom Kenworthy, who was named MVP for the series. Kenworthy hit .429 with a .500 on-base percentage. He added 3 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 7 runs. The Akron HS Cobras don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Sacramento HS Rivercats - Modesto HS Navigators series. Modesto HS leads the series 2 games to 1.
