Jaime Tags 3 HR Against Anteaters Thursday, April 9th , 2065 San Jose HS Sharks second baseman Lyle Jaime had a magnificent game against the Austin HS Anteaters today, rocketing three balls out of The Shark Tank to help the Sharks take the 9-8 victory. "I got some good pitches to hit and I creamed them," he said after the game. "The first was a big, fat fastball and the last two were hanging curves. All three were mistakes." For the game, Jaime went 3-for-5 with 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "There's a fine line between hitting home runs and line drives," San Jose HS manager said later. "Seems like Lyle found his home run stroke today." Lyle Jaime flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Hunter Chamberlin in the 6th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jacob Bayer in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Chris Cooch in the 9th. Thus far this year Jaime is batting .403 with 5 home runs, 17 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
