Tucson HS's Fife Will Miss Season Thursday, April 16th , 2065 The doctors have spoken and Nick Fife of the Tucson HS Pioneers didn't like what he heard. The 15-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Fife sustained his season-ending injury during the Austin HS Anteaters game yesterday at Austin HS Fields. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Tucson HS medical staff reported Fife had a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 11-12 months. |
