PL's #1 Batter Chosen Friday, May 1st , 2065 Jake Peacock is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Phoenix HS first baseman joined that select company when the Pioneer League announced the results of April's voting. Peacock totaled 32 hits, 6 walks, 5 home runs, 24 RBIs and 13 runs scored last month to put together a .471 batting average and .520 on-base percentage. |
