Loggers Move on to High School Cup Friday, May 8th , 2065 The Modesto HS Navigators were simply overmatched by the Montreal HS Loggers in the High School LCS. The end result was a sweep, as Montreal HS has cruised to the High School Cup, with the final win coming at Montreal HS Grounds by a score of 7-3. "We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Gregg Kerry, who was named MVP of the High School LCS. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this." For the series, Kerry hit .706 with a .722 on-base percentage. He had 6 home runs, drove in 13 RBI and scored 9 runs. The Montreal HS Loggers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Garrettsville HS River Cats - Kirbyville HS Drillers series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
