Velasquez Goes 5-for-5 Against Sierra Vista Southeast HS Sunday, May 10th , 2071 Jesus Velasquez was on fire, sparking his club to a win, 12-5, over the Cedars. The Reno HS left fielder was a tough out and went 5-for-5 against Sierra Vista Southeast HS in a fine hitting display. "I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in." Jesus Velasquez singled in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Roy Popp in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
