Robinson #1 PL Pitcher in May Wednesday, June 1st , 2044 Over the past month Rob Robinson has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Pioneer League. He proved all that and now he's been named May's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Austin HS Anteaters posted 4-0 mark and a 2.20 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 32.2 innings, permitted 20 hits and fanned 35 batters. To date this season Robinson has compiled a 5-1 record with a 2.93 ERA in 11 starts. |
